The City-County Affordable Housing Plan, which is a requirement of the 2022 City and County Homeless Partnership Agreement, serves as a long term guide to address and coordinate activities related to the production of permanent supportive housing and rehousing amongst the City, County, the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), and Sacramento Steps Forward (SSF).

It was approved by the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors and the Sacramento City Council on October 24^th 2023. The final plan is available at the link below.
