ROLL CALL 
The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Commission meeting was called to order at 6:03 p.m. by Chair Macedo 

MEMBERS PRESENT:   	Creswell, Griffin, Macedo, Morgan, Simas, Staajabu, Starks, Wedding

MEMBERS ABSENT:        Alcalay, Johnson, Painter 

STAFF PRESENT:  	La Shelle Dozier, Asa Marie Standfeldt, James Shields, Tyrone Williams, Lira Goff, LaTanna Jones, Sarah O’Daniel, MaryLiz Paulson

APPROVAL OF AGENDA – Approved as modified.  

CITIZENS COMMENTS 

None 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES – February 21, 2018 minutes were approved as corrected.  

1.	Approve The Assignment Of The Exclusive Right To Negotiate Agreement For Property Located At 510 N. 12th Street Between Carson/Craig Partnership and Sacramento Housing And Redevelopment Agency To Sacramento Housing Authority Repositioning Program, Inc.

	This item was tabled.  No discussion was held.


INFORMATIONAL PRESENTATIONS

2.	Small Area Fair Market Rents for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program

MaryLiz Paulson presented the item. Commissioner Creswell asked to that the number of residents overpaying/paying over 30% of income toward rent be presented in the upcoming part two of this presentation.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORT

La Shelle Dozier reviewed the following: 
* Next meeting is on March 21st
* To date over 24,000 Housing Choice Voucher Program applicants have used the website to check their waitlist status. 

COMMISSION CHAIR REPORT

Chair Macedo announced that an Executive Committee Meeting would be held on Monday, March 12, 2018. 

ITEMS AND QUESTIONS OF COMMISSION MEMBERS

Commissioner Creswell requested a report on SHARP and other agency related entities, specifically explaining how they relate to SHRA.  She also requested a report on the Landlord Survey.  

ADJOURNMENT

As there was no further business to be conducted, Chair Macedo adjourned the meeting at 6:40 pm.
