Welcome to the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency's SHRARent site. This online service allows Housing Choice Voucher clients and landlords to communicate information about available rental units in the Sacramento area.

Clients

If you are a Housing Choice Voucher client you can view an online listing of available rental units. Additional printed listings may be found in the lobby of the Housing Choice Voucher Program at 701 12th Street, Sacramento. The listings posted in the lobby are updated weekly from this website. The listings on this website are updated daily, and may differ slightly from the list posted in the lobby.

Landlords

Landlords using this service for the first time need to register before you can enter your unit listing information. You only need to register during your initial visit to this site. A User Name and Password will be set to identify you in the future. Please make note of the User Name and Password you select.

Returning landlords, please log in below to manage your contact information and rental listings.

If you don't remember your password, you can have a new password emailed to you.

Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency is not responsible for typographical errors, or the accuracy of information provided in a listing.  By listing with SHRA, owners and agents acknowledge they are willing to participate in the Housing Choice Voucher Program, and are subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act.  All listings are subject to rent approval as outlined by the Housing Assistance Payments Contract.  We will not knowingly accept a listing that is in violation of the law.  All persons are hereby informed that all listings are available on an equal opportunity basis.
