The Housing Authority’s Conventional Public Housing program provides safe, decent affordable housing for qualified low income families, including seniors and disabled residents in 3,300 apartments, duplexes and single family homes throughout the City and County of Sacramento. This housing is owned, managed and maintained by the Housing Authority, making it one of the largest landlords in the Sacramento County.
