AB 987 Low to Moderate Income Housing
AB 987 requires redevelopment agencies to compile and maintain a database of existing, new and substantially rehabilitated housing units that were developed or otherwise assisted with money from the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund, or that were replaced after destruction or removal pursuant to Heath & Safety Code section 33413. This database includes a list of those housing units and was last updated January 1, 2010.
This resource tool provides information on the number of assisted units, bedroom sizes, and affordability levels of Agency-assisted projects. Some of the projects have modified units with handicapped accessibility improvements.
Also included is a sample of the projects' vacancies and rental rates based on the last project review. The actual number of vacancies and rental rates may vary for each project. Contact each project directly for up to date vacancy and rental information.
