SHRA offers assistance for home repairs to low-to-moderate income owner occupants of single family homes within the City and County of Sacramento. Our programs can correct health and safety hazards, upgrade living conditions to extend the useful life of the home, and provide accessibility improvements. We have several programs available in the form of grants and loans.
Grant Programs
These programs provide assistance in the form of a grant which does not

These programs provide assistance in the form of a deferred payment loan
which does not require monthly payments. Maximum assistance and eligibility
