PUBLIC NOTICE 
The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency will hold public hearings before the 
Sacramento County Board of Supervisors and the Sacramento City Council concerning: 
. Authorization to accept 2009 Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBGR) 
federal Recovery Act funds, approval of the CDBG-R Program Guidelines, 
implementation of the CDBG-R Program, and authorization to amend the City of 
Sacramento and the County of Sacramento Consolidated Plans and 2009 Years’ 
Action Plans; and 
. Authorization to amend Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency budgets to 
reflect the actions stated above.
