PUBLIC NOTICE FOR CITY AND COUNTY ACTION PLAN The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (Agency) will hold a public hearing before the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Commission regarding the City of Sacramento and County of Sacramento One Year Action Plan for federally funded projects. The Action Plans appropriate Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOPWA), and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) federal entitlement funds to be received by the City from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in 2010. Appropriations will be made for projects under the following categories: Infrastructure and public improvements Affordable multifamily and single family housing Homeownership programs Commercial revitalization activities Homeless and public service programs Grants planning and administration activities The One Year Action Plan includes reprogramming of funds appropriated in previous years, amends previously approved project descriptions, and amends the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), and the Community Development Block Grant-Recovery (CDBGR). The One Year Action Plan is a budget appropriation document. The projects will be subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) before the projects are approved for implementation.
