PUBLIC INVITED TO ATTEND COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS TO 
PROVIDE INPUT ON CITY OF SACRAMENTO’S HOUSING NEEDS 
Sacramento, CA - The City of Sacramento and the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment 
Agency will hold several community workshops to provide information and gather public input on 
the City’s Housing Element as part of the General Plan update. The Housing Element is a 
blueprint for how the City will address housing needs for the next five years for residents at all 
income levels. The meetings will include a presentation on how the General Plan relates to housing 
production, discussion about housing needs for each community as well as individual 
neighborhoods. Residents will have an opportunity to provide input on the information presented.
