SACRAMENTO HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY NAMES 
DON CAVIER AS DIRECTOR OF FINANCE 
Sacramento, CA. – Don Cavier has been appointed to director of finance for the Sacramento 
Housing and Redevelopment Agency. He will be responsible for the Agency’s $233.8 million 
budget. Mr. Cavier has been with the organization since 1998 and previously served as finance 
manager responsible for accounting and financial services. 
“Don has a history of proven finance expertise with the Agency,” said 
SHRA executive director Anne M. Moore. “We are pleased to be able to 
afford him the opportunity to take on this new level of leadership and fiscal 
responsibility for the organization.” 
Prior to working for the Agency, he was senior internal auditor for The 
Money Store/First Union Bank. He also served as inventory control 
auditor at Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. Prior to that position, he 
was an underwriter for American Portfolio Services, Inc. 
Mr. Cavier holds the accounting designation of Certified Internal Auditor 
and is a licensed real estate broker through the California Department of 
Real Estate.
