Vacant Lot Development Program

| The Vacant Lot Development
Program is SHRA’s latest effort to help reduce blight in the North
Sacramento, Oak Park, and Walnut Grove Redevelopment Areas. The Vacant Lot
Development Program will pay SHRA qualified developers a developers fee
for the acquisition and construction of new single family, owner-occupied
homes in theses designated areas.
