SHRA offers issuance of tax-exempt bonds for multifamily project in the City
and County of Sacramento which meet federal and state laws, as well the Agency’s
MRB policies.
In exchange for the bond financing, developers agree to restricted rents on a
set number of units for a set period of time. This program can be used in
conjunction with the Multi-Family Housing Lending Program Direct Loan Program
(11 units and above).
