homes located in the City or County of Sacramento. Homes for resale can
be homes rehabilitated with Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funds
under the Sacramento Vacant Properties Program (VPP), or homes for resale
under the provisions of the City Mixed Income Housing Ordinance or the
County Affordable Housing Ordinance. For more information about

Inclusionary/Affordable homesInclusionary/affordable homes are located in subdivisions subject to the provisions of the City/County ordinance. The homes are for sale by their owner and are offered at an affordable price to a qualified homebuyer. |
