SHRARent Landlord Registration

Welcome to the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency's SHRARent site. This online service allows Housing Choice Voucher clients and landlords to communicate information about available rental units in the Sacramento area.

It's a free service.
It's simple to use.

Landlords using this service for the first time need to register before you can enter your unit listing information. You only need to register during your initial visit to this site. A User Name and Password will be set to identify you in the future. Please make note of the User Name and Password you select.

Some points to keep in mind about this service:

Unit listings will automatically expire after 14 days.
You may reactivate an expired listing.

You are responsible for updating your listing with the date a unit is rented to an HCV client.

You may update a listing at any time.

You may remove a listing at any time.
Removed units may be copied back as available units, if you change your mind. (You do not have to reenter all of the unit information.)

Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency is not responsible for typographical errors, or the accuracy of information provided in a listing. By listing with SHRA, owners and agents acknowledge they are willing to participate in the Housing Choice Voucher Program, and are subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act. All listings are subject to rent approval as outlined by the Housing Assistance Payments Contract. We will not knowingly accept a listing that is in violation of the law. All persons are hereby informed that all listings are available on an equal opportunity basis.
