The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency is pleased to introduce its online Housing Choice Voucher rental listing service. Property owners are now able to list properties available for rent. Anyone looking for a Housing Choice Voucher rental can easily search this site for available units.

Looking for available HCV rentals? The new online service allows you to search the current rental listings for available units. This service is free to everyone.

Rental property owners can register online to create an account. Registration is free and simple. You register the first time you log in to the service. After the initial registration is completed, a User Name and Password will be your key to listing, updating and removing your rental unit information.

Pre-Applicant Update Form

The Housing Choice Voucher Program (formerly Section 8) provides assistance to help low income persons afford safe, decent and sanitary housing. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides funds to the Sacramento Housing Authority to administer the program in Sacramento County.

In addition to assisting clients with their housing, the Housing Choice Voucher Program provides many owner benefits, such as guaranteed month checks, ready supply of tenants, annual property inspections, strict tenant guidelines and free advertising.
