The Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan Process for 2006 began several weeks ago with staff making initial recommendations about changes prior to holding several meeting with residents and Resident Advisory Boards (RAB). During these meetings the highlights of the proposed changes to the PHA Plan and policies were introduced to residents and the RAB. After considering input about the PHA Plan from the RAB and residents, the final public comment drafts are prepared.

Public Comment Period: All residents, the RAB and the public have an opportunity to review and comment on the draft PHA Plans and policy documents and to attend a public hearing.
