The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency is looking for Licensed General Contractors interested in bidding on
Single Family Residential Construction Projects
throughout the City and County of Sacramento.

(upon satisfactory completion)

Our Single Family Rehabilitation Loan Programs provide up to $50,000 for home repair projects.  The repairs typically may include painting, flooring, roofing, windows, doors, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, termite and dry rot repairs, etc.

These projects incorporate weekly progress payments.

• NO prevailing wages are required on our projects.
• Some projects may require lead based paint reduction activities.

Contractors working on our projects must have:

• B Contractors license (in good standing)
• HIC State License Board Certification
• General Liability Insurance $300,000 & $500,000
• Workers Compensation Insurance regardless of company ownership
