The Sacramento Housing and
Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is soliciting qualified
janitorial firms to provide Green Janitorial Services at our new administrative
offices located at 801 12th Street, Sacramento, CA. SHRA
is implementing policies and procedures that are designed to reduce the impact
of harsh chemicals and solvents on indoor environmental quality and the
environment. These green
housekeeping policies focus on removing building pollutants by utilizing safer
cleaning products, practices and procedures. It is the intent of SHRA to use the
selected firm as the primary source for all janitorial services for the
building.
