REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION 

 

The Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento and the Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento (Agency) are soliciting for Vacant Public Housing Janitorial Services, Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2009065RM, at various Agency locations (approx. 3600 units) within the City and County of Sacramento.  The term of the contract is one (1) year with two (2) option years renewable upon satisfactory performance. Selection will be based on the top five highest ranking firm(s) submitting the required information.  All other contractors will be placed on a waiting list.

All prospective offerors are encouraged to attend a Pre-Qualification meeting scheduled for the purpose of discussing Prevailing Wage, Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprise Program, Section 3, and Executive Order 11246 requirements and to clarify Vacant Public Housing Janitorial Services issues.  The Pre-Qualification meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. at the following location:

Non-attendance on the part of an offeror shall not relieve the offeror of any responsibility for adherence to any of the provisions of the solicitation or of any addenda thereto.
