Mather Economic Development and Financial Analysis Consultant

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the County of Sacramento, is soliciting qualified consulting firms to provide advisory services on redevelopment /reuse strategies, economic development, financial/pro forma analysis, development agreements and public/private deal structuring negotiation assistance to SHRA and the County of Sacramento with developers for the Mather Redevelopment Area Opportunity Sites.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held Monday, August 10, 2009 at 9:00 A.M. at the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency, 600 I Street, SHRA Commission Room – 1^st Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814.

 

All proposals must be received no later than 3:00 P.M., Friday, August 14, 2009 at 320 Commerce Circle, Sacramento, CA 95815.
