Neighborhood Stabilization – Property Recycling Program

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is soliciting qualified mission-driven, non-profit builders for the acquisition, rehabilitation and resale of single family residential properties to participate in SHRA’s Neighborhood Stabilization, Property Recycling Program (PRP). Qualified builders must have an existing program and track record of rehabilitating or constructing at least five (5) single family homes, with a larger, established community purpose or goal. Builders selected through this RFQ process will have the opportunity to access single family homes from SHRA for the rehabilitation and subsequent resale to income qualified, owner-occupant homebuyers. Properties made available through the PRP will be located throughout the Neighborhood Stabilization Target Areas in both the City and County of Sacramento.

A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held Monday, July 20, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. in the SHRA Commission Room, 600 I Street, 1^st Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814.

All submittals must be received no later than 3:00 P.M., Friday, July 31, 2009 at 320 Commerce Circle, Sacramento, CA 95815.
