Neighborhood Stabilization – Property Recycling Program

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is soliciting experienced “Volume Builders” for the acquisition, rehabilitation and resale of foreclosed single family housing over a period of up to three years as part of the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency’s residential properties (1-4 units) at any given time, to participate in SHRA’s Neighborhood Stabilization, Property Recycling Program. The builder(s) selected through this RFQ process will have access to single family housing properties from SHRA for the rehabilitation and subsequent resale to income qualified, owner-occupant homebuyers. Properties made available to the Volume Builder will be located throughout the Neighborhood Stabilization Target Areas in both the City and County of Sacramento

A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held Thursday, July 16, 2009 at 9:00 A.M. in the SHRA Commission Room, 600 I Street, 1^st Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814.

All submittals must be received no later than 3:00 P.M., Friday, July 31, 2009 at 320 Commerce Circle, Sacramento, CA 95815.
