Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program

 

 

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), on behalf of the City and County of Sacramento and SETA, is soliciting for qualified non-profit organizations to administer the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP), contingent upon receipt of funds, over a multi-year period.  The program’s core services will involve providing financial assistance, housing search and placement, housing stabilization and assistance, and legal services for the prevention of homelessness.

A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held Monday, July 27 2009 at 9:30 A.M. in the SHRA Commission Room, 600 I Street, 1st Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814.

 

All submittals must be received no later than 3:00 P.M., Thursday, July 30, 2009 at 320 Commerce Circle, Sacramento, CA 95815.
