The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sacramento, is seeking qualified firms to submit proposals for the Norwood & Fairbanks Residential Development Project. The project consists of the sale of a one (1) acre vacant lot for development of single family homes.

A pre-proposal conference will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, October 20, 2008 at

600 I Street, 1^st Floor, SHRA Commission Room (Room 105), Sacramento, CA 95814.
