Request For Qualifications

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is soliciting qualified development teams to submit their qualifications for the development of a key central city site in the Railyards Redevelopment Area of Sacramento. SHRA is seeking a firm to develop and manage a high quality; deeply affordable Single Room Occupancy (SRO) style building that will serve the central city’s low income population of individuals.

A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. in the SHRA Commission Room – Room 105, 600 I Street, 1st Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814.

All submittals must be received no later that 4:00 P.M., Friday, October 31, 2008 at 320 Commerce Circle, Sacramento, CA 95815.
