Request for Proposals

RFP # 2008060-EB

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is soliciting qualified firms to submit proposals for the preparation of the South of Florin Area Infill Development Plan. The purpose of the Development Plan is to provide SHRA and the County of Sacramento with recommendations and policy direction for future use of the land. The Development Plan will include potential build-out densities, development scenarios, and particular development concepts/prototypes for selected opportunity sites within the approximately 535 acre study area located south of Florin Road between Hwy. 99 and Stockton Blvd.

A pre-proposal conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at 600 I Street, 1^st Floor, SHRA Commission Room (Room 105), Sacramento, CA 95814.
