The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), on behalf of the Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento, is seeking qualified firms to submit proposals for the Oak Park Residential Vacant Lot Development Project, which includes the sale of eleven (11) vacant lots for development of single-family homes. Ten (10) lots are located within the Oak Park Redevelopment Area and one (1) lot is located in the Stockton Boulevard Redevelopment Area.

A pre-proposal conference will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, October 20, 2008 at

600 I Street, 1^st Floor, SHRA Commission Room (Room 105), Sacramento, CA 95814.
