The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), on behalf of the Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento, is seeking qualified firms to submit proposals for the Del Paso Heights Residential Vacant Lot Development Project, which includes the sale of five (5) vacant lots in the Del Paso Heights Redevelopment Area for development of single-family homes.

A pre-proposal conference will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, October 20, 2008 at

600 I Street, 1^st Floor, SHRA Commission Room (Room 105), Sacramento, CA 95814.
