Redevelopment Advisory Committee (RAC)

STOCKTON BOULEVARD REDEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Stockton Boulevard Redevelopment Advisory Committee (RAC) advises the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency, the City Council, and the Board of Supervisors on all policy matters within the Agency's control that affects the Stockton Boulevard Redevelopment Project Area. The members of this Committee comment on proposed redevelopment funded activities and assist in the identification of projects that will improve the project area, including public infrastructure, commercial development and housing programs. RAC members also provide neighborhood leadership to promote community pride, confidence, and initiative.

Stockton Boulevard Partnership

The Stockton Boulevard Partnership is a collaborative effort of property and business owners on Stockton Boulevard working to address issues impacting the business community in the area.
  • Mission Statement: To advocate on behalf of property and business owners in matters of public policy and economic development; to improve the safety, cleanliness, and image of the Stockton Boulevard Business corridor.

A 17 member Board of Directors governs the Stockton Boulevard Partnership and employs a full-time Executive Director responsible for daily operations.

The Board meets quarterly at 9:00 a.m. on the second Thursday of the month, at 5625 Stockton Boulevard. All Board meetings are open to the public.
