North Sacramento Projects - Completed
|
Musicians Hall – 1925 Del Paso
Boulevard.
This 7,500 square foot renovation project enabled the local Musicians
Union to move its offices and develop a state-of-the art practice and
performance hall on Del Paso Boulevard. The Hall boasts a 4,000 square
foot auditorium and a 782 square foot conference room, in addition to
offices, a kitchen, and remodeled restrooms. Of particular interest to
dancers and musicians are the sprung-wood floor, high ceilings,
sound-absorbing walls, stage lighting and excellent acoustics. The
facility is also used for public and private events. |

Special Planning District
First adopted in 1994, and most recently amended in 1997, the North
Sacramento Special Planning District (SPD) is intended to assist in
retaining existing businesses while accommodating new development in the
area.
An important part of the overall strategic planning for the economic
revitalization of North Sacramento, the 1997 amendment was an opportunity
for community representatives to strengthen work that they had completed
in 1994.

Commercial Loan and Exterior Rebate Programs.

businesses to North Sacramento. Screenprint Connection and RB Laminates
purchased and rehabilitated structures at 1031 Del Paso Boulevard and 897
