NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC - ANYONE WISHING TO ADDRESS THE RAC SHOULD FILL OUT A SPEAKER REQUEST FORM AND SUBMIT TO SHRA STAFF

The North Sacramento RAC welcomes and encourages participation in the RAC meetings.  Public testimony will be permitted on each agenda items as it is called.  Matters under the advisory responsibility of the RAC and not on the posted agenda may be addressed by the general public following completion of regular Agenda items.  The RAC may limit testimony on matters not on the Agenda to three minutes per person and not more than fifteen minutes for particular subject.  The time shown for each item on the agenda are approximate times only and includes the total time approximated for that particular subject.  

·         Fill out a Speaker Card and turn in to SHRA staff.

·         Please limit your comments to 3 minutes so that everyone has an opportunity to be heard.

·         You may speak no more than once to any agenda item.

·         Step to the podium when Staff calls your name from the Speaker Card.
