Brown Act

According to the Brown Act Amendment, no action may be taken on items that are not on the Agenda.

Notice to Public

The public may address the RAC regarding matters under the advisory responsibility of the RAC and not on the posted Agenda following completion of regular Agenda items.

Individuals wishing to address the RAC, should fill out Speaker Card(s) and turn it/them into staff or the RAC Meeting Recorder. Comments should be limited to three minutes per person so that everyone has an opportunity to be heard. No one may speak more than once on each agenda item. When the Chair calls your name from the Speaker Card, please step to the podium to address the RAC.

Reports or memos related to specific agenda items are available by request to non-RAC members.
