PUBLIC NOTICE The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (Agency) will be soliciting public comments regarding the City of Sacramento and the County of Sacramento 2008-2012 Consolidated Plans (Plans). The Plans identify the City of Sacramento and the County of Sacramento overall housing, homeless, community development and economic development needs, and outline a strategy to address those needs. The Plans also meet the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirement for consolidating into one process and one document the planning, application and performance reporting requirements for several grant programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME), American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) for each jurisdiction. The Plans will be available to the public at the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency, Reception Desk, at 630 I Street. Should you wish to make comments regarding the proposed actions, you may do so in one of two ways: 1. Present your comments at any of the public meetings above. 2. Submit written comments to the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency at the address below. Written comments must be received no later than October 23, 2007.
