| The Draft EIR is being
circulated for public review and comment for a period of 45 days
starting February 27, 2004. Copies of the Draft EIR may be reviewed at
the above address and the Sacramento Central Library, 828 I Street,
Sacramento. Written comments should be submitted to the Sacramento
Housing and Redevelopment Agency by 5:00 P.M., April 12, 2004. Comments
may be sent by mail or by FAX to the contact person, Ya-yin Chiang, at
the address and numbers listed above. A hearing on this Draft EIR will
be held at the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Commission on March
17, 2004, at 6:00 p.m., in the Commission Room of 600 I Street,
Sacramento.
