Ms. Bates called the meeting to order.
Roll call was conducted.
RAC Members Present: Jim Donovan, Steve Jones, Katherine Klein, Gary Little, Betty Lopez, Howard Schmidt, J.D. Stack, Christopher Wilson, Joshua Wood
RAC Members Absent: Matthew Altier, Jonathan Clayton, Taiwo Jaiyeoba, Esther Rios-Alexander, Dave Sikich, and Brian Vail
Staff Present: Lisa Bates (SHRA), Matt Anderson (City Planning), and Todd Leon (City Planning)
The Committee approved the minutes by a unanimous vote.
Ms. Bates gave an update on the status of the 65th Street Redevelopment Plan adoption process. The joint public hearing was held before the Redevelopment Agency and City Council on May 25, 2004. The Agency and Council will next be considering the ordinance adopting the plan at their June 22, 2004 meeting.
Ms. Bates led the committee through an exercise to identify strengths, weaknesses, and unique factors in the 65th Street area. In addition, RAC members were asked to identify potential projects if $5 million were available for projects. The following are the results:

Ms. Bates indicated that due to the 4th of July holiday, the July meeting date may be changed. Ms. Bates also discussed additional training topics that the committee might be interested in.
