3. Oak Park Community Center Expansion Project Budget Augmentation
and Amendment of Project Agreement
The Commission recommended approval of the funding and agreement.
This matter is scheduled for City Council on March 30, 2004.
4. Small Business Enterprise Program Status Report - City and County of
Sacramento
This report was received for information. No specific action was taken.

6.* Public Hearing on Draft Environmental Impact Report for the
65th Street Redevelopment Project
The Commission received comments during the public hearing. Staff
will incorporate said comments into the final documents.

After testimony, the Commission adopted the following motions:

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT
a. California Reinvestment Coalition's "Screaming Eagle"
Award, which goes to a non-profit organization making an outstanding
contribution to the state's community development needs, was awarded
to the Northern California Construction Training Program
b. Beverly Fretz-Brown updated the Commission regarding the County
Housing Element.
c. Satoshi Matsuda updated the Commission regarding the recent bond
sale.
d. Anne Moore updated the Commission regarding the proposed state
budget.
e. The "Tall Order" – Sacramento Blueprint conference
will be held on April 30.
f. Copies of the California Inclusionary Housing Reader were
distributed.
