Base Recovery Area (LAMBRA)
Effective April 15, 2009, please include $75 per voucher
application for the Mather/McClellan
LAMBRA.
The Mather/McClellan LAMBRA is
operating with a conditional designation since 6/30/08. The
State of California, Department of Housing and Community
Development is reviewing all LAMBRAs and will establish new
expiration dates. The new date will be posted then.

LAMBRA incentives are similar to but not identical to Enterprise Zones.
Sacramento has three Enterprise
Zones within specified industrial and commercial
areas.
LAMBRA Locations
Mather Field, transformed by the County of Sacramento from an Air
Force Base, is now a thriving business park and air cargo hub. This
5800-acre facility and new General Aviation Terminal is an ideal location
