The Sacramento County LAMBRA expires June 30, 2008.
However, SHRA has applied for an extension (April
2008) and will post the status as soon as it is known.
Sacramento’s LAMBRA Areas provide a variety of tax incentives for
businesses which locate within Mather Field or McClellan Park.

LAMBRA State Income Tax Credits and Deductions
- Sales/use tax credit for Section 1245(a)(3) property (tangible
depreciable personal property)
- Sales/Use tax credit for high technology equipment
- Sales/Use tax credit for aircraft maintenance equipment
- Sales/Use tax credit for aircraft components

- net operating loss carryover
- preference points on State contracts
LAMBRA incentives are similar to but not identical to Enterprise Zones.
Sacramento has three Enterprise
Zones within specified industrial and commercial
areas.
LAMBRA Locations
Mather Field, transformed by the County of Sacramento from an Air
Force Base, is now a thriving business park and air cargo hub. This
5800-acre facility and new General Aviation Terminal is an ideal location
