Enterprise Zone Program - SHRA can help provide tax credits and other assistance to qualifying businesses in certain, targeted areas of Sacramento.LAMBRA - SHRA’s program to help local businesses take advantage of the economic opportunities at the area’s former military bases. Grow Sacramento Fund - SHRA helps provide favorable loans and other assistance to local businesses that want to grow.Commercial Revitalization Program - This program provides technical and financial assistance for projects designed to improve the appearance and function of older commercial buildings. The program offers free architectural and construction management services. Funding for improvements is provided as a matching rebate or loan, depending on the location of the project. Property owners must undertake a minimum of $10,000 in improvements to be eligible. The program is available in 15 older commercial districts located throughout the City and County of Sacramento.
