If you wish to make a request for information under the California Public Records Act, your request must be made in writing and delivered to the Agency Clerk at the address below.

In order for us to better assist you, please make your request as specific as possible. General or very broad requests tend to produce a large number of documents and could delay your request.

Records that currently exist within the Agency will be appropriately provided upon request. However, the Agency is not required to create any new documents that are requested.

Within 10 days of the receipt of your request, you will be notified when the requested records will be available for you to review in our offices. Copies of any records reviewed can be provided upon request at a charge of 10 cents per page.
